We have a fantastic 1500-square-foot studio/work/live loft in the industrial district of West Oakland/Jack London Square. A top-floor corner studio with high ceilings, 12-foot windows, and spectacular views. It is simple to get around because public transportation is only three blocks away.

As part of our hosting packages, we offer complimentary tea, coffee, and water as well as assistance to ensure that your production, events, and meetings are a success with us.
Your booking includes:
Setup - 30 mins prior to the event
Cleanup - 30 mins after the event
Assistance with Logistics
Please inquire for details about staffing and additional hours for setup and cleanup.

For your health and safety, we include two (2) cleanings with your booking. 1-disinfecting will be scheduled prior to your event starting and 1-disinfecting will be scheduled after your event ends. Enhanced cleaning measures:
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

Parking options
Limited guest parking is available on a first-come basis.
FREE street parking.
Parking description
The guest parking lot is located on the north side (alley) of the building.
Please note: The gated parking lots are for building tenants only. There is no guest access available.
FREE street parking along Adeline Street as well as old 5th Street next to the gas station.
Please be aware of the "NO PARKING" areas in front of the gated parking lot entry gates and directly in front of the building.

Facilities - We know with all the uncertainty today, you may be looking for a safe space where you can be inspired. We want to help you create stability, security, and certainty around what you have to offer. We ensure ventilation and water systems operate properly.
Social Distancing Policies - We highly encourage social distancing and the use of face coverings in the studio space if you’re unvaccinated. We require guests who are ill to not enter the studio space and stay home. We also check all guests with a non-touch forehead thermometer prior to entering the studio.
Management and Communications - We monitor state and local public health communications about COVID-19.
Cleaning and Disinfection - We clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, (e.g., counters, shelving, displays, doorknobs) and provide guests with face masks, disposable disinfectant wipes, cleaner, or sprays that are effective against the virus that causes COVID-19.

• Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors they use
• All hosting packages include setup (30 mins prior to event) and cleanup time (30 mins after event). Please inquire for details about staffing and additional hours for setup and cleanup.
• Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request
• Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking and placed in the outdoor dumpster

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to our grace period policy which provides a full refund (excluding Fees) for Bookings canceled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event starts time and will receive a full refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event starts time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Standard 7 day
Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.

We offer Professional Live Streaming services as a value add for your webinars, meetings, retreats, training, mid-sized corporate events, brand launches, and brainstorming sessions, presentations, classes, and workshops due to limited attendee occupancy with group gatherings and following new guidelines.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Our Technical Directors create high-quality live streaming events that engage online viewers. We keep track of the show's timeline, provide creative input, direct camera angles and cues, blend and balance multiple sounds by using a mixing console, pre-recorded material, voices and instruments to ensure the best possible product.
• Operational - A/V Equipment, Lighting, Framing, Composition, Shoot Set up, etc.
• Technical (Video) - Live Video Switching, On-Air, Broadcast Production
• Technical (Audio/Sound) - Assemble, Operate, Maintain the technical equipment, Amplify, Enhance, Mix or reproduce sound.
• Direction - Content, Pre-production, Graphics and Direction during the live broadcasts.
• Logistics - Assistance with Operations Workflow, Engineering and testing of the equipment to ensure proper operation.
